The verger of Christ Church Parish has prime responsibility for assisting the clergy in providing the religious services and rites of the church.  The incumbent has broad authority and responsibility for coordinating the schedule and duties of lay Eucharistic ministers, acolytes, crucifers, lay readers and all other participants to support a meaningful and liturgically correct  worship experience.

The verger receives specific instruction and guidance from the Parish Priest.
